I acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings may be taken of me while participating in services, classes, events, or activities at Pine Belt Nail Academy.

I grant Pine Belt Nail academy the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, publish advertising, marketing, educational, promotional, and social media purposes, including but not limited to print materials, websites, and digital platforms, without compensation.

I understand that these materials may be edited, combined with other content, and used for an indefinite period. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product and release Pine Belt Nail Academy from any claims related to the use of these materials.

By signing below, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, or that I am the legal guardian of the individual being photographed or recorded, and that I fully understand and agree to this release.  ( In Catalog)
